I came to VA Mortgage Center.com in July 2008 but have been in the mortgage business since 1996. I have seen the market come full circle where the only loans available were conventional, FHA and VA and now to where it is back to that again. My experience is rare in my state where 90% of the mortgage loan officers have let their licenses lapse due to the inability to earn an income. Nevada is a challenging market evidenced by our #1 ranking of foreclosure homes. I was born and raised in the Delaware Valley (South Jersey/Philadelphia) area but have come to enjoy the mountains in the West.
