ANTHEM/ANTHEM HIGHLANDS
Located at the top of Eastern avenue and just East of Seven Hills, Anthem and Anthem Highlands feature grassy parks and architecture that show a Scottish influence. Spread over 2535 acres, Anthem will have 13,700 homes when completed. As of April 1, 2008, 13,402 of the homes have been completed. The population is projected to reach 30,137 when complete.
Homes range from entry level to custom estate homes. Builders like Pulte and Lennar have developed entry level communities. Pulte is currently developing a high end Del Webb community at the top of Anthem Highlands. Surrounded by Sloan National Park, Club M is a lifestyle community, not age restricted. It offers fabulous views, larger lots and eight floorplans in a guard gated community that features a large clubhouse complete with workout facilities, pool, and spa treatments.
Anthem Country Club is an established guard-gated community on the Revere Golf course. There are entry level homes as well as custom estates that are located in separate gated enclaves within Anthem Country Club. A few custom homesites have yet to be developed, providing an opportunity for those who want to create their dream home in this beautiful setting.
There are two age restricted communities, Sun City Anthem and Solera at Anthem both feature homes with golf course and city/Strip views. This is one of the larger age restricted communities in Clark County.
