HENDERSON

Located in the Southeastern part of the Las Vegas valley, Henderson, NV was incorporated in 1953. Henderson is a thriving city with its own police department, ambulances, firefighters and city government. Among the most popular communities in Henderson are Lake Las Vegas, Tuscany, MacDonald Ranch and MacDonald Highlands, Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills and the newest development called Inspirada.

Homes in Henderson range from entry level condos and townhomes to multi-million dollar estates. In the 1950's when Henderson was incorporated, the population was under 6000. The current population is approximately 275,000. According to the city's official website, www.cityofhenderson.com, the population is likely to grow to more than 525,000 residents when the build out is completed in 2036.
