QUEENSRIDGE
Located at the Eastern edge of Summerlin, Queensridge is bordered by Rampart Street on the East, Charleston on the South, Hualapai on the West and Alta on the North. With Badlands Golf Course, running through the heart of the community, it is in the heart of some of the area's best shopping and entertainment. Boca Park with boutiques and restaurants is just East of Rampart Street, just across Charleston from Boca Park is a Whole Foods market. To the North of the community at Alta and Rampart is the Sun Coast, a local's friendly casino/hotel. North of the Suncoast is Marriot's Rampart Street hotel/casino. Across the street is the Angel Park golf course, and construction has started on what is destined to become the Rodeo Drive of Las Vegas, the Tivoli Village at Queensridge. Follow Charleston or Alta West of Queensridge and you find yourself in the heart of Summerlin with shopping, restaurants and the Red Rock Station Casino.
The community features townhomes in the Fairways at Queensridge. This is located off Charleston. Homes range from single story 1400 square foot units to two story units that range up to 1732 square feet. The Fairways includes a fitness center and pool. Many of the homes feature golf course views.
Tudor Park features single family homes in a setting designed to be reminiscent of an English Village. Three floorplans range in size from 2535 square feet to 2816 square feet and feature multi-levels, including master bedrooms with retreat lofts. These are located off Alta, next to the entrance to Badlands golf course and the ONE Queensridge Place condo towers. The final phase of the property features homes with golf course views.
Queensridge features single family homes in a guard gated community with tennis courts and an Olympic sized pool. The streets are lined with trees and rosebushes, creating the feel of an English village. Homes range from the $500's for 2500 square foot production homes to estate homes on the golf course that start in the $2 million range. The most expensive sale recorded in Queensridge was a 22,000 square foot home on 1.5 acres with a 15 car garage which sold for $14 million in 2006. In 2007, a 17883 sq. ft. home on almost 2 cares with a 12 car garage sold for $12 million.
The new ONE Queensridge Place high rise towers are part of the Queensridge masterplan. It is expected that the new towers along with the Tivoli Village at Queensridge across the street from the towers will enhance the lifestyle and the property values of the community. The Tivoli Village is expected to be complete in 2009.
