RHODES RANCH

Located in the Southwest part of the valley, Rhodes Ranch is just South of the 215 Beltway at Durango, only a short drive to Summerlin and 15 minutes to the Strip. This is the flagship community for local developer Jim Rhodes and his company, Rhodes Homes.

At the center of the guard gated community is the Ted Robinson golf course. A 6909 yard course, it was designed to provide a blend of challenge and playability for golfers of all skill levels.

The community was started in 1997, and has resale homes available through the multiple listing service. In addition, the builder currently has five new home collections. New homes range from 2500 to 2900 square feet with prices starting in the $200's.
