Built by Rhodes Homes, this community is located in the Southeast off Lake Mead Pkwy., just West of Lake Las Vegas. Spread over 526 acres, 629 units out of a proposed 2395 units had been completed on April 1, 2008. The population of the community upon completion is projected at 6670 residents.

As with Rhodes Ranch in the Southwest part of the valley, the centerpiece of the community is the Ted Robinson golf course and the 35,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Homes are designed with a Tuscan feel. As with Rhodes Ranch, the grounds are beautifully landscaped to create an oasis in the desert. Home prices start in the $300's.
